Privacy Notice for Workflow Discussion Requests
The DSShield workflow discussion form collects your name, work email, organization, optional workflow summary, area of interest, preferred contact method, and contact-consent choice. Your phone number is required if you select a phone call or WhatsApp; otherwise it is optional. If advertising parameters are present in the page URL, campaign identifiers such as UTM values and Google click IDs may also be included with the request.
How your request is delivered
The form sends the information you enter directly to a Google Apps Script receiver. It records accepted requests in DSShield’s private Google Sheet and emails a notification to pr@dsshield.com. Your preferred contact method is included in the request; it does not automatically send a WhatsApp message. Google processes the request under its own terms. DSShield should confirm Sheet access permissions and its data-retention period.
Campaign measurement
This package uses a Google Ads tag for campaign measurement on the landing page and this notice page. A lead conversion is sent only after the Apps Script receiver reports that it completed the Sheet and email steps; still, confirm the row and inbox separately. Google may process advertising cookies and online identifiers, including ad-click IDs, under its own terms. The package also includes a LinkedIn event-specific conversion call (ID 32647265), but the LinkedIn Insight Tag base code and Partner ID have not been configured, so this package does not currently send LinkedIn events. When configured, LinkedIn's tag may process page-visit, device, browser, and related online identifiers under its terms. If the automatic form request fails, the page provides direct email, WhatsApp, and call links. The conversion events do not include your name, email, phone number, organization, or form selections. Phone, WhatsApp, and email link clicks are not counted as form submissions. Google Analytics 4 is not configured in this package. Before adding the LinkedIn base tag or publishing, DSShield must confirm required disclosures and the consent experience for the target regions.
